Recipe: Macaroni & Saltfish (codfish)
INGREDIANTS:
- macaroni
- saltfish
- scotch bonnet pepper
- 2 tomato
- 1 onion
- some scallion
- 1 sweet pepper
- cooking oil.
HOW TO PREPARE:
Boil in a pot, some water with the saltfish for 10 minutes.
After boiling separate the saltfish from the bones, drain the water and
let it simmer.
Add oil to the pot and put you're vegetables in it, stir
this all and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Boil a pot of water with the macaroni.
You can serve with this boiled banana, dumplin, jam and a nice glass of
cold, fresh fruit juice.
