Recipe: Fried Dumplin'

(Serves 4 persons)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • cooking oil.

HOW TO PREPARE:

Put all together and make it to a dough, make small balls like table
tennis balls.

Take a pot with oil and (let the oil getting really hot!!) heat up.
Then you put in the balls and wait till they get a brown/golden color.

Serve with ackee & oKra.
This delicious meal you can serve as breakfast, or for vegetarian or
small dinner plate.
Of course,  you serve this with a well COLD RED STRIPE.
